Driving Change: SMF's Breakout Track on Manufacturing Strategies at SMEICC Conference
The SMF is delighted to have accepted the invitation from the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) to helm our own BREAKOUT TRACK at the SMEICC Conference Series today (15 August 2023)!
Titled "Strategies for Sustainable Growth and Digital Transformation in Manufacturing", the breakout track was opened by SMF President Mr Lennon Tan, who spoke on the SMF's focus areas of the S.H.I.P. Speakers, which included SMF Vice President and Honorary Treasurer Ms Audrey Yap and SMF Council member Mr Neo Sing Hwee, then shared respectively how Intellectual Property strategies and Artificial Intelligence are areas that companies should adopt for business growth and transformation.
SMF Vice President and Honorary Secretary Mr Melvin Tan then moderated an engaging Q&A session with the panel of speakers comprising Mr Neo, Mr Alvin Goh, Executive Director of Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), Mr Keng Hoe Toh, Head of NetZeroOS Business of GoNetZero™, and Mr Nigel Lee, Singapore ISO General Manager of Lenovo.
